Always follow the preparation instructions on the pack. The texture is slightly thicker than standard milks, so a variable-flow or medium-fast flow teat is recommended.

1. Wash hands and sterilise all feeding equipment before use.

2. Boil fresh drinking water and let it cool to around 40 degrees Celsius.

3. Pour the correct amount of water into the sterilised bottle as shown on the pack feeding guide.

4. Use the provided scoop to add the right number of level scoops of formula. Level off with a clean knife.

5. Cap the bottle and shake well for about 10 seconds until the powder dissolves fully.

6. Check the temperature is around 37 degrees Celsius before feeding. Discard any leftover feed.
