1. Wash your hands and sterilise all bottles, teats, and utensils before each use.

2. Boil freshly drawn water and allow it to cool in the kettle for about 30 minutes to roughly 40 degrees C.

3. Measure the required amount of water into the sterilised bottle, then add the correct number of levelled scoops using the built-in scoop leveller.

4. Cap the bottle and shake vertically for 10 seconds until the powder fully dissolves.

5. Check the temperature on your wrist (around 37 degrees C) before feeding. Discard any unused feed after one hour.
