How It Works

OM-85 is prepared from 21 bacterial strains across eight species commonly responsible for respiratory infections. Taken orally, it stimulates both innate and adaptive immune responses and helps restore the balance of Th1 and Th2 immune activity. Rather than treating an infection on the spot, it builds protective immune memory over a three-month course, reducing how often and how severely recurrent respiratory infections tend to occur during high-risk seasons.

BronchoVaxom is a pharmacy medicine intended for use under medical supervision and is for adults and adolescents over 12 years. As a precaution, it is generally avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding unless your doctor advises otherwise. Always follow your doctor's instructions. BronchoVaxom is taken on an empty stomach, usually one capsule in the morning before food.

1. Preventive course: 1 capsule daily on an empty stomach for 10 consecutive days each month, for 3 consecutive months.

2. Acute episodes: 1 capsule daily on an empty stomach until symptoms resolve, for at least 10 days.

3. If prescribed alongside antibiotics, start BronchoVaxom from the beginning of antibiotic treatment.

4. If a capsule is hard to swallow, it may be opened and the powder mixed with a little water or juice.
