Diclogesic Gel is a topical analgesic and anti-inflammatory agent. Diclogesic gel is used to treat pain caused by recent muscular or joint injuries such sprains, strains, or sports injuries. It also improves pain from rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. The medication's active ingredient, diclofenac, is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medicine (NSAID). It reduces pain, edema, and inflammation by decreasing the formation of prostaglandins. It can also be used to treat local rheumatic joint or muscle discomfort, such as stiffness in the shoulders and arthritis.
