Why This Cream Mist Works

Most face mists are water with a little glycerin, so the hydration evaporates almost as fast as it lands. Dr Althea builds this one on a rice bran water base instead of plain water and suspends a genuine cream phase above it. 1. Shake the bottle well to blend the cream and water-essence layers. This step is not optional; unshaken, you get the essence layer only.

2. Hold 15 to 20 cm from the face, close your eyes and spray evenly.
