Indications (Usage)
- Prophylaxis of venous thromboembolic disease.

Directions for Administration
Note: This medication is usually administered via subcutaneous injection (under the skin) and should only be used as prescribed by a physician.
- Preparation: Wash hands and clean the injection site (usually the abdomen).
- Administration: Do not expel the air bubble from the syringe before the injection to avoid loss of drug. Pinch a fold of skin and insert the needle vertically.
- Site Rotation: Alternate injection sites between the left and right sides of the abdomen daily.
- Disposal: Dispose of the needle and syringe in a puncture-proof "sharps" container.
