Exforge HCT 10/160/12.5mg is a triple-action pharmacological intervention combining Amlodipine (CCB), Valsartan (ARB), and Hydrochlorothiazide (thiazide diuretic). It is indicated for the management of hypertension in patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled by dual-combination therapy, providing physiological support through concurrent vasodilation and reduction of extracellular fluid volume.

Dosage & Administration

• Dosage: 1 tablet (10/160/12.5mg) per administration.
• Frequency: Once daily.
• Method: Administer orally with 200ml of water. Tablets must be swallowed whole; do not crush or chew.
• Timing: Administer in the morning to minimize nocturnal diuresis (frequent nighttime urination) associated with the Hydrochlorothiazide component.
• Consistency: May be administered with or without food, though consistent administration relative to meal times is recommended.
