Key Features:

  • Made from 100% medical-grade silicone

  • Reusable and eco-friendly

  • Leak-proof design for up to 12 hours of protection

  • Comfortable and flexible fit

  • Includes a convenient carry bag for hygiene and portability

How to use:

  • Wash Your Hands
Before handling the menstrual cup, make sure your hands are clean to maintain hygiene.

  • Sterilize the Cup
Sterilize the menstrual cup before its first use by boiling it in water for 5-10 minutes. For every use, it’s a good idea to sterilize it again at the end of your cycle.

  • Fold the Cup
To insert the menstrual cup, fold it in a C-shape or punch-down fold. The fold will make it easier to insert and expand once inside.

  • Insert the Cup
Find a comfortable position, such as standing with one leg elevated or squatting. Hold the folded cup between your thumb and index finger, and gently insert it into the vaginal canal, aiming toward your tailbone. It should sit lower than a tampon but not cause discomfort.

  • Ensure a Proper Seal
Once inside, the cup will unfold and form a seal against the vaginal walls. You can check this by gently rotating or running your finger around the base of the cup to make sure it’s fully open and in place.

  • Wear for Up to 12 Hours
The menstrual cup can be worn for up to 12 hours, depending on your flow. It’s a convenient option for all-day protection.

  • Remove the Cup
To remove, wash your hands first, then squat or sit on the toilet. Pinch the base of the cup (not the stem) to break the seal, then gently pull it out. Avoid pulling on the stem alone, as this may cause discomfort.

  • Empty and Clean
Empty the contents of the cup into the toilet. Rinse the cup with water and mild, fragrance-free soap. If you’re on the go, you can use a clean water bottle or wipes.

  • Sterilize After Use
At the end of your cycle, sterilize the cup again by boiling it or following the manufacturer’s instructions.
