1. Wash your hands and your nasal rinse bottle or neti pot with soap and warm water
2. Empty one EzyCare Plus sachet into 240ml of lukewarm distilled or previously boiled water
3. Shake gently until the powder fully dissolves
4. Lean over the sink, tilt your head sideways and gently squeeze the solution into the upper nostril, letting it flow out the lower one
5. Repeat on the other side, then blow your nose softly
6. Use once or twice daily, or as recommended by your doctor
