Use only hot water; even boiling water can scald. To prevent any water from splashing back, gently fill the hot-water bottle to no more than 2/3 while holding it by the neck. Insert the stopper, gently squeeze the bottle until water begins to flow out the neck, and then tighten. Make sure the seal is intact. Keep your distance from hot surfaces, grease, oil, and sharp or pointed objects that are in direct sunlight. Make sure nothing rests on the bottle. After usage, completely empty the hot water bottle, then store it somewhere cool, dry, and dark. Uses: To relieve stress and promote well-being. Additionally, it successfully reduces pain when heat therapy is advised, such as in cases of peristalsis and circulation issues, the relief of muscle cramps, and the reduction of menstrual cramps.
