Foundayo (orforglipron) is an FDA-approved oral GLP-1 weight loss tablet taken once daily for chronic weight management in adults with obesity, or in adults who are overweight with weight-related medical problems. It is used together with a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity to help reduce and maintain weight loss long term.
