1. Cleanse, then apply toner to prep the skin.

2. Open the pouch, peel the films from the upper and lower gel pieces, and place them on the face, centring the upper piece around the eyes and the lower piece around the mouth.

3. Leave on until the mask turns transparent, usually 1 to 3 hours, or wear it overnight.

4. Remove the sheet and pat the remaining essence into the skin.
