1. Apply one new patch daily to clean, dry, hairless skin on the upper arm, shoulder blade, or hip.
2. Press firmly with the palm of your hand for 10-20 seconds to ensure secure adhesion.
3. Wear the patch for a full 24 hours, then remove and apply a fresh patch to a different skin area.
4. Follow the three-step programme: Step 1 (TTS 30, 21mg) for 3-4 weeks, Step 2 (TTS 20, 14mg) for 3-4 weeks, Step 3 (TTS 10, 7mg) for 3-4 weeks.
