How To Take

For adults and children aged 16 years and over.

1. Empty the contents of one sachet into a cup and half fill with very hot water.

2. Stir well until dissolved, then add cold water as needed to reach a comfortable temperature.

3. Take one sachet every 4 to 6 hours as required. Do not exceed 6 sachets in 24 hours.

Do not use for longer than 7 days without speaking to your doctor.

Important Information

Do not take with any other paracetamol-containing products, decongestants, or cold and flu medicines, as this can lead to a paracetamol overdose that may seriously harm the liver. Not suitable for children under 16 years unless directed by a doctor.
