Readitic 20mg is a film-coated tablet containing Tadalafil. It is a potent, selective, and reversible inhibitor of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). It is physiologically indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED), providing a significantly longer therapeutic window compared to other medications in its class.

Dosage & Administration

• Dosage: 1 tablet (20mg) per administration.
• Frequency: Once daily (as needed). Tadalafil should not be taken more than once every 24 hours.
• Method: Administer orally with 200ml of water. The tablet should be swallowed whole.
• Timing: Administer at least 30 to 45 minutes before anticipated sexual activity.
• Duration of Action: The "as-needed" 20mg dose may remain effective for up to 36 hours, allowing for a broader window of spontaneity.
• Food: Can be taken with or without food. Its absorption is not significantly affected by high-fat meals.

• Contraindications: Strictly contraindicated in patients using any form of organic nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate) or nitric oxide donors, as this can result in life-threatening hypotension.
