Description
Rybelsus 14mg is the maximum therapeutic maintenance dose of Semaglutide, an oral glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist. This medication provides physiological support for long-term glycemic management in adults with type 2 diabetes by maximizing glucose-dependent insulin secretion, inhibiting glucagon release, and regulating gastric emptying to lower HbA1c levels.
Dosage & Administration
- 1 tablet per day.
- Administer orally on an empty stomach immediately upon waking.
- Liquid limit: Administer with no more than 120ml (4 ounces) of plain water.
- Wait period: Do not consume food, other beverages, or other oral medications for at least 30 minutes after administration. Failure to wait reduces the absorption of the active ingredient.

- Adverse Reactions: Common gastrointestinal effects include nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, and constipation. These may be more pronounced at the 14mg dosage level.
- Storage: Store tablets in the original blister card until use to protect from moisture. Maintain at controlled room temperature below 30°C.
