Dosage & Administration

• 1 tablet per day.
• Administer orally on an empty stomach immediately upon waking.
• Liquid limit: Take with no more than 120ml (4 ounces) of plain water.
• Wait period: Do not consume food, other beverages, or other oral medications for at least 30 minutes after administration to ensure adequate absorption.
• Swallow whole: Do not crush, split, or chew the tablets.
