1. Prime the spray with a brief first press until a fine mist appears.

2. Keeping your head straight, gently insert the nozzle into one nostril.

3. Press briefly without tilting your head back or sniffing, then blow your nose.

4. Repeat in the other nostril, using 2 to 6 times daily or as advised by your doctor.
