1. Shower and dry the underarm area fully. Applying to damp skin cuts effectiveness.

2. Roll two to three strokes across each armpit, working outward from the centre.

3. Allow a few seconds to dry before dressing.

4. Reapply only as needed. On freshly shaved skin, wait a few hours and patch test first.
