Refund Policy
We have designed our refund policy to help you and
make it a hassle-free process. MedX Pharmacy does not support refunds but in
some cases, we help our customers to go through it easily. To claim your refund
please check if the product(s) you have ordered or purchased from our store
come under the warranty, this usually happens for the electronic items we sell.
If the product(s) falls under the warranty then you can claim for a refund but
kindly read the below to understand on what terms it is possible.
Conditions for Warranty Refund:
1- Our customer can refund the purchased product(s) within 3-5 days from the
date of receiving the order.
2- If the item is physically damaged or missing from your order then you the customer need to file the claim immediately at the time of delivery.
3- The amount of refund will only
cover the amount of your purchased item(s).
4- The charges for shipping & payment processing charges are non-refundable
in any case.
5- If the item(s) are part of any voucher, promotion, or coupon it will not be
refunded until there’s a rare case e.g., if there is any manufacturing defect.
6- If a coupon, voucher, or promotion
is a part of the actual product, it will also be deducted.
7- If the payment for the product(s) was made online the refund will be made
online. However, in the case of cash, we will be sending a voucher/ store
credit against the amount.
8- No refund will be provided if the purchased item(s) is not intact, the
packaging is missing, or if you have opened the seal or tag or used it.
Inspection:
After receiving the item(s) for refund or return we always check the package and item(s). If the item(s) are in perfect condition and have the issue registered by you, it is eligible for a refund. But if the item is faulty and being opened or used it is not acceptable for a refund.
Raise a Complaint:
The customer needs to file a complaint against the product by contacting
our customer services. You can get in touch with us at 800-700-500 or you
can also e-mail us at [email protected].
1-Our team will investigate if the issue is sincere and if you are eligible for
this refund or not.
2-Customers will have to pay for the pick-up delivery charges.
3-If you’re eligible for the refund after our team is done with the inspection
of the item(s) you will be notified by our team for a refund.
4-The orders in any other Emirates, and for any international orders you will
have to send the item back at your own expense to our warehouse and pay for it.
5-You can easily reschedule the pick-up without any additional charges but if
the pick-up request is changed or denied by you on the 2nd attempt
the ticket for your refund will be closed automatically.
Refundable:
Your item(s) is only eligible only if it matches the following conditions:
1- All the items should have their original seal.
2- No item(s) should be in used condition and it should not show that it is being used by you.
3- The item(s) should have all the original packaging that they were sent in.
4- If the product(s) are damaged/or the product(s) part are missing we will not consider it for refund and return.
5- If any item(s) are missing from your order you have to claim the refund or file the complaint immediately after receiving it.
