Return & Refund Policy
MedX Pharmacy has 5 days return policy from the date of receiving the Product(s) if you are not happy with the Products ordered from www.medxpharmacy.com
Please contact our Customer Service Team to arrange for collection of your return. One of our drivers or shipping partners will pick up your return. Once collected your return will be inspected by us to determine if the return is acceptable.
‘Medicines once sold cannot be Exchanged or Refunded as per MOH Regulations.’
Amount of the Refund only covers the amount of Product(s) purchased.
Shipping and payment processing charges are non-refundable
If a coupon, discount, Voucher or special offer was part of the original order, the amount will be deducted as well.
Orders paid by credit/debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/debit card within 15 workings days. However, we shall not be responsible for the delay in refund due to delay in processes of banks.
For all other modes of payment, a refund will be made by way of cheque payable to the person named on our invoice and as provided at the time of order within 7 working days.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
