Return Policy
At MedX Pharmacy, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. We adhere strictly to UAE and GCC health authority regulations to ensure that your experience is secure, transparent, and hassle-free.
Eligibility for Return & Refund
· Medicines: By UAE and GCC law, all medicines (including prescription and OTC) are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is received damaged, faulty, expired, or incorrect.
· Medical Devices & Electronics: Electronic and medical device returns are allowed within 3–5 days of delivery only if the item is unopened, unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice.
· Non-medicinal/Other products: Eligible for return within 3–5 days if the product is unused, sealed, complete with original packaging, and not purchased on promotion.
Exclusions & Non-Refundable Items
· Products unsealed, used, or missing original packaging/tags will not be eligible for return or refund.
· Hygiene, personal care items, promotional, voucher/coupon-based purchases and temperature-sensitive goods (like medicines) are non-returnable unless faulty at delivery.
· Items with any missing parts or which show signs of use will be declined.
· Please note: All clearance sale items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Conditions for Refund
· File a claim for damaged/missing/incorrect items immediately upon delivery.
· Inspection: All refunds are subject to product inspection by our team. The item must be unused, sealed, and with all original packaging. If any tampering or use is detected, refunds will not be issued.
· Shipping, payment, and voucher values are non-refundable except in the case of proven delivery error or damage.
· If the payment was made online: Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7–14 days.
· For cash-on-delivery transactions: Store credit or a voucher of equivalent value is issued.
· For orders outside the UAE: Return shipping to our warehouse is the customers responsibility.
How to Raise a Refund/Return Request
· Contact customer service within 3–5 days of receipt at 800-700-500 or email [email protected].
· Provide your order number, clear photos (if item is damaged or incorrect), and a description of your concern.
· Our team evaluates your request based on UAE compliance and notifies you of eligibility.
· If approved, pick-up is arranged (return fees may apply unless our fault). If rescheduling a pick-up, it must occur within two attempts or your refund ticket will be closed.
Special Notes
· Check your order immediately upon delivery and report issues at once for prompt resolution.
· Multiple requests or denied pick-up requests lead to automatic closure of your refund ticket.
· All returns are at customers own expense if outside UAE or in other Emirates.
