Do not use for more than 12 hours per day, and do not apply over sores or on sunburned or irritated skin. The product packaging contains natural rubber latex, so do not use if you are allergic to latex. These strips provide temporary relief from nasal congestion and snoring caused by nasal blockage; if you have persistent breathing problems or snoring, consult a healthcare provider.

1. Wash and dry your nose and hands before applying.

2. Remove the adhesive backing and place the strip across the bridge of your nose, with the tabs resting just above the flare of each nostril.

3. Press down and hold until the strip is secure.

4. To remove, loosen the strip with warm water and gently lift from each end until detached.
