1. Pour approximately 10 ml of undiluted Hexidine into the measuring cap.

2. Rinse or gargle thoroughly for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, then spit out. Do not swallow.

3. Use twice daily, after brushing your teeth, morning and evening.

4. Avoid eating, drinking or rinsing with water for around 30 minutes afterwards so the rinse can work.

5. For children under 12, use only on the advice of a dentist or pharmacist.
