1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before each application.
2. Squeeze a pea-sized amount of Lansinoh HPA Lanolin onto your fingertips and soften it between your fingers (the cream is naturally thick).
3. Apply gently to the entire nipple and areola area after each breastfeeding session, or as often as needed for comfort.
4. Apply before showering to protect sensitive nipples from water exposure.
5. Re-apply throughout the day as needed; there is no need to remove the cream before breastfeeding your baby.
6. The cream can also be used on dry lips, elbows, heels, nappy rash, and stretch marks. Store at room temperature.
