Tournes 50mg contains Sildenafil Citrate, a selective inhibitor of cGMP-specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). It is physiologically indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED). It works by enhancing the natural chemical response to sexual stimulation, facilitating smooth muscle relaxation and increased blood flow to the penile tissues.

Dosage & Administration

• Standard Dosage: 1 tablet (50mg) per administration.
• Frequency: Once daily (maximum). Do not exceed one dose within a 24-hour period.
• Method: Administer orally with 200ml of water.
• Timing: Administer approximately 1 hour before anticipated sexual activity. While it can be effective as early as 30 minutes, peak concentration is typically reached at the 60-minute mark.
• Food: May be taken with or without food. However, taking the tablet with a high-fat meal may delay the onset of action.
